Moeller Technique - Lesson 15
|
In this drum lesson we are looking at moeller technique. Moeller technique is great for conserving energy and accenting notes when playing drum grooves and drum fills.
Moeller technique is a single motion and requires a lot of wrist movement to play correctly making sure the drum sticks are held properly - its common to use moeller technique to accent the quarter note when playing drum grooves and this will also help strengthen the pulse drummers convey to the audience.
