In this drum lesson we are phasing groupings of three notes through sixteenth notes as a drum fill after playing one bar of a drum groove. Keeping the hi hats on quarter note with the foot and playing eighth notes with the ride cymbal.
Playing each phrase five times and adding a single note to complete the bar - we are playing the drum fill between snare drum and bass drum and then improvising around the drum kit.
