In this drum lesson we are playing a five stroke roll as our drum fills after our drum grooves. Playing four way coordination - eighth notes on the ride cymbal and keeping the hi hats on the quarter note.
We are phrasing our five stroke roll around the drum kit and then between crash cymbals and snare drum - when we play the crash cymbals we are adding the bass drum.
