Eighth Note Off Beat Grooves - Lesson 5

In this drum lesson we are playing off the beat. The bass drum will fall exactly half way between the eighth note hi hats. The off beat bass drum notes are played at different sixteenthth notes in each bar.
As the bass drum falls half way between the hi hats they will always be a sixteenth note either side of the bass drum - the snare drum is played on beats 2+4.
