In this drum lesson we are taking a look as basic linear phrasing. Playing in four different time signatures in a sub-division of sixteenth notes and always playing the hi hat on the quarter note.
We are playing each exercise between snare drum and bass drum and then improvised around the drum kit to get used to the different sound sources.
